Windsor Pizza is a family-owned business that has been serving loyal customers since 1987. We are looking to hire a responsible phone attendant/cashier with experience in the restaurant and/or customer service industry who shares our passion in providing quality service and food.

The successful candidate must:
have excellent communication and customer service skills;
be able to manage order priorities, react quickly and show initiative in a quick-paced pizzeria environment;
be able to answer incoming calls, take orders for pick-up and delivery and cash out customers with minimal supervision;
have excellent attention and organization skills to minimize errors and increase order turnaround time; and
work well independently and in a team setting.
Experience:
1 year of customer service experience in a restaurant or pizzeria setting

Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls and take customers’ orders for pick-up and delivery
Assist customers with any specific requests and answer menu-related questions
Cash out customers accurately and deliver friendly and skilled service
Assist with cleaning of entrance/prep area and dishwashing
Respect and implement health and safety protocols
Availability:
Monday to Friday (Afternoons & Evenings)
Weekends (Required)
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
