Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Spa and Massage Therapist to lead our spa team and provide exceptional wellness services to our clients. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service while fostering a relaxing and rejuvenating setting. You will be responsible for developing service protocols, training staff, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement spa service protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and specialty massages.
Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming workplace for both clients and staff.
Manage client appointments, ensuring timely service delivery while addressing any concerns or feedback.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive services for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.




Promote spa services through marketing initiatives and community outreach.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
New graduates and part time students in massage/wellness programs are welcomed to apply. We will train on site.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
