Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our products or services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. Our compensation structure includes a base salary with additional commission.

Duties
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and perks
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify prospects for upselling or cross-selling
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance




Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market

Experience
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals and overcoming challenges
Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
A professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills
