We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in the Edmonton area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled electrician who is ready to take the lead on projects and help manage electrical crews from start to finish.

Our work includes a mix of commercial projects and multi-family developments, providing a varied workload and the opportunity to work on larger, more complex installations.

The successful candidate will be a solid electrician and leader who can coordinate crews, keep projects moving, maintain quality standards, and work effectively with other trades and project management.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and multi-family projects
Coordinate daily electrical activities and ensure work is completed efficiently
Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, specifications, and layouts
Install, troubleshoot, and inspect electrical systems
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for projects
Help plan manpower and daily work activities
Identify and resolve field issues and coordinate solutions




Maintain a clean and organized job site
Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and project specifications
Provide leadership, direction, and training to apprentices and other crew members

Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician certification is required
Previous electrical foreman or lead-hand experience preferred
Solid knowledge of commercial electrical installations
Experience with multi-family construction
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's licence
Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
