Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resident Experience Coordinator to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tenant relations and coordinating between the Leasing Team, Maintenance Team and Ownership. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a skilled demeanor.
Duties
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent etiquette.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant concerns and facilitating maintenance requests through Yardi.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
Prepare and conduct move-ins and move-outs including documentation checklists, inspection reports, adding schedule charges to tenant ledger, etc.
Handle walk-in appointments and showings for prospects
Skills
Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
Strong customer service orientation, ensuring tenant satisfaction at all times.
Familiarity with property management practices is beneficial but not required.
Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
