Rosa’s and Atomic 10 are vibrant, Latin-inspired restaurants seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bartender to join our team across both locations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

In this role, serve beverages and provide knowledgeable food and drink recommendations, and help create a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Latin-inspired concept. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and team-oriented hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, engaging service.
Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, wine, and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas in accordance with food safety and handling standards.
Process cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to all legal regulations.
Restock bar supplies,



including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, particularly in serving or bartending roles.
Familiarity with POS systems.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Energetic personality, team-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
