Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.

Duties
Greet visitors and clients ensuring a positive first impression
Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
Handle filing, document organization, and general clerical tasks to support office operations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming setting
Opening, closing and scanning files
Support other Legal Assistants as needed

Experience
Prior office experience with strong organizational skills is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,



Excel, Outlook), and general computer skills is a must
Familiar with Leap Accounting Program would be an asset
Legal office experience is a plus
