Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role involves working closely with patients across various age groups and medical conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care in a energetic clinical environment. Prior experience in hospital settings, acute care, or pediatrics is highly desirable. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercises
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments,
progress notes, and clinical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
Requirements
Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in hospital settings, acute care environments, or pediatrics preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Prior experience with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
