OVERVIEW

We're a takeout-only quick service burrito shop with a small, focused menu — just 5 items. All orders come in through delivery apps, our website, or our self-ordering kiosk, so there's no cashier work — your job is to make the food and get it out rapid and correct. It's a busy kitchen that runs with 1–3 people per shift, so we need someone who moves quickly, works clean, and follows our SOPs without being reminded.

DUTIES
Assembling and packing orders accurately
Handing off orders to customers and delivery drivers
Basic prep: portioning beef and chicken, cutting beef into chunks, shredding meats, cooling down product
Keeping the station and kitchen clean throughout the shift
Full closing clean
Following SOPs and food safety standards consistently

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Previous food service experience, preferably at McDonald's, Wendy's, Chipotle, or a similar rapid-casual restaurant




Able to work quickly and stay organized during rush periods
Comfortable working independently or in a small team of 1–3
Punctual, reliable, and clean in your work habits
Full time, up to 40 hours per week
Full availability including evenings and weekends; some shifts end at 1:30 a.m.

PAY

$20.00 per hour, plus tips — typically an extra $2–3 per hour.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
