Duties
Install, configure, and test automatic gate opener systems, including sensors, motors, and control panels
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate system setup
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on gate openers, sensors, CCTV cameras, and related hardware
Conduct electrical wiring and low voltage connections following safety protocols and technical specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently
Integrate computer hardware with gate control systems for seamless operation and remote access capabilities
Diagnose issues related to mechanical parts, sensors, telecommunication links,



or computer networking to restore optimal system performance

Qualifications
Proven experience with construction or installation of security or access control systems
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in low voltage wiring and circuitry
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with confidence
Familiarity with CCTV systems, sensors, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and telecommunication infrastructure
Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, drills, power tools, and power saws
Knowledge of computer hardware setup and basic networking principles for integrated security solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting complex systems
