JJC Custom Builds is a small construction team that specializes in foundations and framing. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in concrete and wood-frame construction and be comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment.

This is a excellent prospect for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and enjoys working as part of a small team.

Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry and construction tasks
Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing
Complete wood-frame construction, including framing and sheathing
Read and follow construction drawings and plans
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other general construction duties as required





Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete and wood-frame construction
Basic knowledge of carpentry and construction practices
Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Physically capable of performing manual construction work
Valid driver's licence is required
