Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse distribution and experience with various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare, label, and process shipments for Amazon FBA and other platforms.
Ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking using warehouse software and spreadsheets.
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills
Forklift operation (valid certification preferred)
Amazon FBA shipment preparation & labeling knowledge
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email)
Inventory management and warehouse organization
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Teamwork and effective communication
Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace
Preferred
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment centers.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
