A well-establishedmercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its growing team in Lethbridge.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, driving schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations from project start-up throughpletion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in office personnel Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations Maintain and enforce site safety programs andpany policies Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve delays or site challenges Coordinate inspections and ensurepliance with building codes and regulations Conduct regular site meetings andmunicate project progress to stakeholders Maintain accurate site documentation, reports,
