Duties
Assist the head chef in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes
Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Coordinate food service activities to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal guest satisfaction
What we are looking for
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Extensive food handling knowledge and adherence to food safety standards
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and serve guests efficiently
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to hospitality excellence
Professional attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
