Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Contract Lab Technologist in Foster Creek, Alberta.

Located in St. John's, NL Maderra Engineering Inc. provides project management, project services, engineering, technical and personnel services to the Energy, Resource, and Commercial sectors. Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.
Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.




Assist in the development and validation of recent laboratory methods and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure productive laboratory operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Diploma in Chemical Laboratory Technology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
Solid knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
