Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant setting for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on commercial cleaning standards.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and fixtures as needed.
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report when reordering is necessary.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise.

Requirements




Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals used in commercial settings is a plus.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have clean record check
Must have own vehicle as no buses to location

Join us in creating a clean and welcoming workplace for our clients and staff! Minimal hours. 1hr a day, starting at 4pm, Monday to Friday, with another 1hr on Wednesdays after the 1st location.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
