The Admin Assistant/Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns through phone, email, and in-person communication. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and multitasking abilities while handling customer information professionally and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
Listen to and analyze customer questions to determine the appropriate response, resolution, escalation, or referral.
Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to locate and provide accurate information.
Explain customer plans, eligibility, entitlements, claim status, payments, products, and services in a explicit and qualified manner.
Maintain accurate computer records while actively communicating with customers.
Handle sensitive or complex customer situations with professionalism, empathy, discretion, and a focus on customer satisfaction.




Follow established processes and procedures when resolving or escalating customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
Two-year post-secondary Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask between telephone conversations and multiple systems.
Robust communication, listening, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Available to work regular Monday–Friday office hours.
Legally eligible to work in Canada on an unrestricted basis.
Ability to successfully complete the required criminal record and background checks.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
