Responsibilities
Take and serve drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery to guests
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering recommendations
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously while maintaining quality service
Assist in food service when needed,



including serving food items and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
Experience with cashiering, serving, or hospitality roles is a plus
