Service Technician/Advisor — Full time (Growth Chance)

Akal Auto Repair in Calgary is looking for a Full time Service Technician/Advisor — a great fit for someone with hands-on automotive experience (suspension work, tire changes, oil changes, and similar) who's looking to grow into a front-end advisor role. Full training provided for the transition.

What you'll bring (back-end experience):
Comfortable with basic to intermediate technician work — oil changes, tire changes, suspension, inspections, or similar
Willingness to learn and grow beyond the bay

What you'll grow into (front-end, we'll train you):
Primary point of contact for customers — phone calls, walk-ins, and appointment bookings
Managing daily workflow and technician scheduling




Ordering parts and maintaining shop inventory
Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
Keeping the appointment calendar organized and current

What we're looking for:
Hands-on automotive experience, even at a foundational level
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced shop
Eagerness to develop into a customer-facing advisor role

Salary confirmed based on experience.

Candidate must be Canadian, Permanent Resident, or Authorized to Work in Canada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
