Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with integrity
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety guidelines




Support team members with serving food and beverages, restocking supplies, and managing time effectively during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Positive time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
