Security Guard

This role requires robust observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations.

Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment




Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism
Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures
Complete detailed and accurate daily reports
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and the public

Qualifications
Valid BC Security Licence
Valid Basic First Aid is an asset
BC Class 5 driver’s license
Reliable transportation (site-dependent)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Previous security or customer service experience
Experience with patrols, access control, and CCTV systems
