Bakery Production Workers – Packers, Mixers & Machine Operators

Pay: $19.20–$26.20/hour

Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for multiple bakery production positions at a food manufacturing facility in Cambridge.
Previous food production, bakery, manufacturing, or packaging experience is an asset. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
Assist with bakery and food production
Measure and prepare ingredients
Operate mixers, ovens, sheeters, and production equipment
Package, label, and inspect finished products
Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
Work with the team to meet production targets
Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
Requirements
Food production or manufacturing experience is an asset
1 year of food production experience preferred
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to work consistently on an on-call basis
CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
Shifts
Day, Afternoon & Night shifts may be available. Shift availability depends on production requirements.
