Become a Culturally Responsive Child & Youth Worker with Dilico in Thunder Bay, ON, focusing on holistic care for vulnerable families. This role is designed to support children's unique emotional and cultural needs. As part of the counselling services, your task involves providing direct support through a variety of interventions, including case management, individual counselling, and group programming. You'll work closely with families and community partners to create trauma-informed care plans, fostering resilience and healthy relationships.
