HarmonyCrew Home Health Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Assistants (HCAs) / Caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide personalized in-home support that helps clients maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Support personal care, grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting as required
Assist with mobility and transfers
Light meal preparation and housekeeping
Medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments and errands when required
Follow individual care plans and safety procedures
Maintain care notes and report changes in client needs
Respect client privacy, dignity, and independence





Qualifications
Health Care Assistant (HCA) certificate preferred
BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry registration is an asset
Experience working with seniors or home-care clients is an asset
Compassionate, dependable, and qualified
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check required
First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle is an asset
Legally entitled to work in Canada
