Join Mt Seymour's Operations team as a full time Buildings Maintenance Technician. Utilize your plumbing and carpentry skills to ensure the functionality of our breathtaking North Vancouver facility. This hands-on position involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager to execute all aspects of building maintenance. You will also assist in operating water and wastewater systems, playing a key role in maintaining the safety and effectiveness of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders efficiently under supervision
Maintain all aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and heating
Assist with building renovations and small projects
Monitor sewage treatment and domestic water systems
Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes Requirements:
Minimum 2 years providing maintenance services
Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
Basic mechanical knowledge a must
Strong organizational and time management skills
