We are hiring owner-operators for our peak-season (start in October to end of December). An earlier start date may be available.
Successful candidates will:
Have their own vehicle (large SUV, cargo van or minivan in positive condition) with proper courier insurance including cargo insurance.
Be an experienced driver - able to safely navigate through Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
Have a smart-phone and be able to download and comfortably use applications
Communicate professionally and have excellent customer service skills
Pay attention to detail, maintain a high level of organization, and manage the pressure of a busy workplace.
Be able to complete up to 125 deliveries in a condensed area each day
Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
We will also require:
Criminal record check and driver's abstract - we will help organize this
Additional Information:
Training to take place prior to start date.
Compensation is based on number of deliveries completed.
