We are seeking a passionate and talented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffees and drinks for our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming setting. Your role will involve preparing a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate the POS system, handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
Assist with drink preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills
Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in food service areas.
