We are looking to add an experienced Journeyman Technician to our team to represent exotic vehicles. Reporting to the Service Manager and Advisors, the Technician will help perform diagnostics, maintenance checks, and complete accurate repairs.

Job Overview

Each Technician is responsible for providing fast and effective service work while performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on multiple types of vehicles in the dealership. With the ability to work alone and as a team, each Technician will complete assigned tasks and provide detailed overviews to advisors and managers.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles
Test all systems or components ensuring they are secure and working properly
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
Review work orders and review with advisors, and supervisors
Mentor, coach, train, and support the development of apprentices in the dealership
Demonstrate and champion a healthy and protected work workplace




Other tasks as needed

Qualifications
Journeyman’s ticket (Required)
Exotic Vehicle experience (Preferred)
Out of province inspection certification (Preferred)
FCA Experience is (Preferred)
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
High level of integrity and worth ethic
Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, and using power and hand equipment
Must possess a valid driver license and safe driving history
