Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, explaining the collection process
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG paperwork
• Carry out special collections for legal and clinical needs
• Maintain excellent client relationships and follow-up
• Enter patient demographic data accurately
Requirements:
• Approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent
• Experience in phlebotomy preferred
• ECG or clinical trials experience an asset
• Excellent communication abilities
• Commitment to patient confidentiality
