Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications
Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with meal preparation, food industry standards, and kitchen equipment is a plus
