About Us:
We are one of Calgary’s most well-known All You Can Eat Japanese restaurants, proudly serving quality dishes in a fast-paced workplace. We are currently hiring experienced line cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards
· Perform daily prep tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients
· Operate teppan, wok, or deep fryer (experience in any is welcome; multiple is a plus)
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
· Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency with robust attention to detail.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in an Asian restaurant
· Skilled in teppan, wok, or fryer cooking
· Must have a valid work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada
Compensation:
Hourly wage: $18–$20, depending on experience and performance.
