Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and productive Concession Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a rapid-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, robust time management skills, and a focus on food safety and sanitation. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where teamwork and customer satisfaction are prioritized.

This position is to operate out of our London locations of Argyle Arena, Carling Arena and Lambeth Arena

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages according to established standards
Operate POS systems
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and giving change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and upselling items when appropriate
Ensure food handling procedures are followed to meet health and safety standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service




Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the concession stand
Follow all restaurant and food industry safety protocols

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or cashiering is preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Basic kitchen experience or food industry background is beneficial
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation to multiple of our sites

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
