We are looking for a Full time Security Supervisor to help support our business. We are ideally looking for team-oriented, motivated and skilled individuals who can provide the best service to our Clients and be a positive representative for our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible in overseeing the entire Security Team.
Scheduling.
Evaluates and documents employees performance and provides feedback to LK Management.
Reports directly to Client/LK Management.
Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/LK Management.
Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
Ensure all security staff are fully capable of handling an emergency evacuation plan.
Requirements:
Must be mobile.
Must be flexible.
At least 2 years experience.
