Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of restaurant management. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies.
Implement training programs for staff on customer service, food safety, and kitchen procedures.
Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.





Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Proficiency in using POS systems for managing orders and payments.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
