What You’ll Be Doing
Warmly greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive
Managing and overseeing daily administrative operations
Coordinating and supporting team activities
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
Assisting with HR functions including hiring and training
Efficiently using electronic medical records systems
Updating and maintaining patient dental records
Supporting sterilization of dental instruments and equipment
What We’re Looking For
Dentrix experience (Preferred )
Dental background (required)
Canadian administrative experience
Minimum 2 years of dental admin experience
Robust understanding of dental terminology
A skilled, positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
