Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Provide information about store promotions, loyalty programs, and recent products in multiple languages if applicable
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes




Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Ensure accurate cash handling by counting cash, processing returns, and balancing registers at shift end

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology is advantageous
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and product demonstrations confidently
Experience in upselling or suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Pay: $15.00-$25.76 per hour
