We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide a professional, consultative sales experience
Assist clients in selecting new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles that meet their needs and budget
Conduct engaging test drives and clearly explain vehicle features, including Toyota safety and technology systems
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Stay current on Toyota models,



features, promotions, and financing/leasing options
Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with finance and management teams

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude with a solid work ethic and motivation to succeed
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
