Join Our Passionate Team at Red Deer Child Care – Full-Time Relief Educator Wanted!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children while working in a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment? Red Deer Child Care is looking for a full time Relief Educator to join our dedicated team and provide support across all five of our daycare locations.

We’re seeking someone who holds at least a Child Development Level 1 (or higher) and has experience working with children from 12 months to 12 years. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings energy, flexibility, curiosity, and a love for learning to their role every day.

As a Relief Educator, you will work a variety of shifts—supporting classrooms, covering staff absences, and helping wherever needed—making you an essential part of our team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with different age groups, educators, and environments,



building robust relationships throughout our organization.
