- Assess cause and origin of fires involving electrical components - Interview witnesses and local officials during investigations - Conduct inspections in various structural scenarios - Analyze electrical and mechanical equipment for failures - Lead projects and provide detailed reports
Requirements: - Minimum CFEI, CFI, or CVFI certification - P.Eng. in Electrical Engineering preferred - Solid understanding of Fire Code - Experience in the insurance and legal industry - Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
