We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, materials management, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear direction and fostering a motivated team focused on productivity and safety.
Oversee procurement activities, including purchasing, freight coordination, and working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate demand planning and supply chain activities to align inventory levels with forecasted needs.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and maintaining a safe working workplace using equipment such as forklifts.

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with a solid understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; forklift certification is preferred.
Knowledge of procurement procedures, freight logistics, 3PL partnerships, and materials management strategies.
Robust skills in budgeting, demand planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for team leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
