Operate and troubleshoot packaging portioning machines
Package food according to weekly recipe standards
Ensure a clean, secure food production facility
Perform end-of-day cleanup and staging of products
Lift and bend as required, up to 35 lbs. Requirements:
Experience in machine calibration and maintenance
Proficient in inventory management and production recordkeeping
Understanding of allergen handling and GMP
Solid numerical and communication skills
