Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee investigations and resolve complaints within a multi-union context. Your leadership will guide the administration of collective agreements and Pay Equity plans, directly impacting the work environment. You'll play a critical role in developing proposals for collective bargaining and support various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations on misconduct and child protection complaints
• Prepare documentation for grievance and arbitration processes




• Support senior management with external complaint resolutions
• Administer and interpret collective agreements
• Coordinate job evaluations and analyze compensation data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations or HR Management
• 3-5 years of experience in labour relations
• Proficient understanding of relevant employment legislation
• Excellent investigative and communication skills
• Self-directed with solid multitasking abilities
