Encourage creativity and self-esteem in child development
Mentor children in independent and motivated learning
Collaborate on weekly lesson plans with teaching teams
Ensure classroom safety and foster respectful interactions
Regularly communicate child progress and challenges Requirements:
Minimum one-year experience with children, six months must be in Canada
Early Childhood Certification (ECE Level 1, 2 or 3)
First Aid Certification (may be obtained after hire)
