In this position, you will work directly under the Service Coordinator, assessing clients' personal and community living skills. Your responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies aimed at improving quality of life, preparing clients for employment, and documenting progress. Engage effectively with families to support their loved ones throughout the rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients' skills on an ongoing basis
Implement and evaluate development strategies
Reinforce skills for securing and maintaining employment
Maintain accurate documentation according to policies
Collaborate with families for comprehensive care Requirements:
3-year University degree or Diploma in Human Studies
Preferred experience with clients suffering from brain injuries
First Aid and CPR certification required
Interest in obtaining R.R.P. and NVCI certifications
