Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Lead Case Managers and family services staff
• Ensure trauma-informed, Housing First service delivery
• Oversee housing-focused case management activities




• Monitor documentation practices for contract compliance
• Facilitate communications between residents and city partners
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in case management or human services
• Relevant experience in shelter and housing services
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
