Covenant Care is looking for dedicated Health Care Aides to provide individualized support in a home-like workplace. Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care and facilitating their engagement in social and recreational activities. Upholding the values of compassion and confidentiality is key in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and social engagement
• Ensure resident dignity, privacy, and choice
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team




• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide support during resident’s end-of-life journeys
Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate required
• Enrollment in Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• 6 months to 1 year experience in care facilities preferred
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Must be vaccinated as per health policy
