As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage diverse corporate job openings and work directly with hiring managers and HR teams. Your expertise in the recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder engagement will be critical for success. Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter will ensure you meet recruitment objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage various executive recruitment requisitions effectively
Oversee all stages of recruitment, from sourcing to offers
Develop strategic relationships with hiring teams and candidates




Utilize Workday for managing recruitment metrics
Participate in special projects in partnership with HR Ops Requirements:
3–5+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in executive roles
Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
Solid communication and branding skills
Familiarity with Workday ATS and recruitment sourcing tools
