Full-time and part time roles available, with versatile scheduling options. In this role, you will provide direct support and assistance in a transition treatment home setting. Responsibilities include monitoring behaviors, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families. Assist persons served with daily living and health needs
Record and analyze treatment progress and needs
Develop personalized support and treatment strategies
Engage in multidisciplinary team planning sessions
Administer medications safely and effectively Requirements:
Degree in Developmental Services, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
Current certification in CPR and First Aid
Experience working with behavioral challenges required
Valid G Driving License necessary for role
