Reporting directly to the Store General Manager, you will be tasked with executing the Loss Prevention Program by supervising the sales floor during high-risk hours. Your responsibilities include ensuring that high-value products are securely tagged and mentoring employees on their acknowledgment duties while fostering customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Loss Prevention efforts during peak shopping hours
• Enforce product tagging and security measures
• Record incidents and collaborate with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager
• Train staff on current Loss Prevention Hotspots
• Engage customers and ensure their safety
Requirements:
• 6+ months in retail is an asset
• 12+ months in loss prevention roles preferred
• Solid training and mentorship experience
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Required CPR & First Aid certification
