Create and maintain robust relationships with existing clientele
Ensure prompt delivery of all necessary documentation
Proactively notify clients of any potential delays
Update and maintain Client Master File information Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid organizational and time management abilities
Previous experience in customer service is necessary
Background in geoscience is an advantage
